Lincoln County Health Department is contracted through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to collect drinking water quality samples, conduct all required follow-up needed based on sample results, and evaluate the sanitary condition of the well and pump installation. A non-community water system includes an establishment that serves at least 25 people over at least 60 days of the year, but does not serve the same 25 people over six months of the year. Examples include restaurants, motels, taverns, parks, and campgrounds. Testing and evaluations are conducted annually.
